Profile
Since joining Smith Sovik in 1998, Bob's practice has concentrated extensively in asbestos defense litigation. Bob became a Partner in January 2004 and heads the Firm's asbestos litigation group, representing a wide variety of equipment, sealing, insulating and refractory manufacturers as well as contractors and wholesale and retail suppliers. He also represents clients as national coordinating counsel for asbestos litigation. In addition to his asbestos litigation practice, Bob also has broad experience in defending retail and restaurant establishments, construction site litigation, automobile accident and premises liability suits.
