Patrick has nearly ten years experience in personal injury litigation and municipal law. Patrick worked for the City of Syracuse, the New York State Attorney General’s Office and had his own private practice prior to joining Smith Sovik in 1999. He became a partner in 2004 and concentrates in the area of premises liability defense, municipal law, general liability and professional malpractice defense, defending personal injury claims, medical malpractice and contract claims.
