Ken heads our Downstate/Metropolitan New York office and is a proven trial attorney with over 20 years of experience handling a broad spectrum of cases from inception to verdict throughout the Downstate area.  Ken formerly served as senior trial counsel for three insurance defense firms.  Prior to joining our firm Ken was of counsel to several Metropolitan New York area firms.  He also served as trial counsel for a major supermarket chain.  Ken spends most of his time defending construction, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking and products liability cases.  Ken has represented a wide range of clients including municipalities, universities, school districts, commercial property owners, managers and developers, construction companies, hotels, manufacturers and distributors and numerous other industrial, commercial and retail businesses.

Ken has extensive litigation training and experience with an excellent record of success.  He is an alumnus of and has lectured for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.  He has lectured and written on assorted litigation and liability topics for the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and several insurance companies.  Ken currently serves as Chairman of the Construction & Surety Law Division of the Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.  He has also served as a Moot Court Judge at Hofstra University Law School.
