Profile
Jim specializes in medical malpractice defense litigation. Jim has extensive trial experience beginning as an Assistant District Attorney with the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office and over 20 years of trial experience as a civil litigator. He concentrates his practice in professional liability matters and administrative and licensing procedures. His professional liability experience has been in defense of physicians, dentists, attorneys, accountants, nurses, chiropractors, podiatrists, optometrists, and other licensed professionals. He also lectures extensively to professional organizations and the State and County Bar Associations.
