Michael Paul Ringwood, Esq. successfully prosecuted in mandated arbitration, a contractual cause of action on behalf of a local physician against another local physician involving the plaintiffs buy out of the defendant’s medical practice and that defendant’s subsequent improper solicitation of employees from the recently sold medical practice. An award for money damages along with three years of interest on the award and attorney fees was ordered to compensate the purchasing physician for the contractual breach.
